A different kind of advisory firm.

Valexis Global is a geoeconomic intelligence firm building structured risk analysis and AI decision-support for organisations operating in a world where state power increasingly shapes market outcomes.

The intersection of geopolitics and commercial strategy is systematically underserved by existing intelligence products. Most market intelligence is either too academic to be actionable or too superficial to be reliable. Valexis Global was founded on the conviction that decision-makers deserve better — analysis that is rigorous in its methodology, structured in its outputs, and explicit about its assumptions.

Our work spans economic statecraft, trade and supply chain fragility, dual-use technology regulation, and the velocity of policy signals. We build products that translate these dynamics into something decision-makers can act on — whether that is a structured weekly brief, a live dashboard tracking sovereign-level risk indicators, or an AI-driven decision-support system that compresses cross-domain analysis from months to minutes.

What We Build

Products, not opinions.

Valexis Global is a product company. Our deliverables are structured, repeatable, and defensible — built on documented methodologies rather than analyst intuition. The Geoeconomics Dashboard scores sovereign risk across four dimensions of geoeconomic stress. The Strategic Advisory Guidance Engine (SAGE) applies a published grand-strategy ontology to specific decision questions and produces quantified courses of action with traceable reasoning.

Behind both products is the same conviction: speed without traceability isn't analysis, and rigour without delivery isn't useful. We build for the space in between.

How We Work

Methodology, then output.

Every Valexis Global product traces back to a documented methodological substrate. SAGE operates on the DIMEFIL-DC ontology and National Power Index knowledge base authored by the Center for the Application of Grand Strategy, a partnership we have deliberately structured to keep the analytical foundation independent of any single commercial interest — including our own. The Geoeconomics Dashboard draws from public-source authoritative data — OFAC, BIS, FRED, UN Comtrade, OECD, the IMF — and applies a transparent scoring layer that clients can interrogate.

Engineering is delivered in partnership with VerbaAI on Google Cloud infrastructure. Our preference is for systems that preserve human authority at meaningful checkpoints rather than collapsing complex strategic questions into a single AI-generated answer.

Who We Serve

For decision-makers who must act.

Valexis Global products are built for institutional and corporate decision-makers operating at the boundary of policy and commercial consequence. Our clients include strategy and risk functions inside multinational firms, government-adjacent research organisations, and institutional investors whose portfolios are increasingly shaped by sanctions, export controls, industrial policy, and sovereign-level macroeconomic stress.

We are not a publishing house, a consultancy in the traditional sense, or a software vendor selling generic dashboards. We are a small firm building specific products for a specific kind of question — and we are deliberate about both.

Founder

Built from a particular vantage.

Valexis Global was founded by Michael Trudeau, a former United States Navy submariner with subsequent experience in management consulting at Accenture and an MBA from Northeastern University. His professional background bridges national security operations, technology strategy, and applied policy work — including humanitarian advocacy related to the Afghan evacuation and SIV crisis.

That vantage shapes how Valexis Global builds. Disciplined methodology from the operational side. Commercial pragmatism from the consulting side. And a steady focus on the question that motivates the firm: what does it actually take to make a confident decision when the facts are partial, the stakes are real, and the geopolitical context is moving underneath you.
