Most analysis tells you what happened somewhere else. GeoShock starts from your own supply chain and works outward, so a shock arrives as a number attached to your revenue rather than as a summary of the news.

A shock only matters where it touches you. A guided setup captures what determines that: industry by NAICS code, suppliers with country of origin, HS code, annual spend and single-source flags, customer markets weighted by revenue share, and the dependencies you cannot substitute inside a quarter. Every later number is calibrated against this profile rather than a sector average.

Every modelled shock, catalogued by its author and its instrument — tariff regimes, sanctions actions, export controls, chokepoint closures, commodity denial — each carrying severity, affected countries, HS codes, an estimated duration and its historical precedent. The live feed is filtered to your profile rather than to the news cycle, so a closure two thousand miles from your lanes stays out of your inbox.

Describe a shock in plain language — a route closing, a sanctions regime shifting, a tariff landing, a port going down — and GeoShock runs it against your profile, country scores, chokepoint stress, commodity exporters, sector input maps and freight rates. Output splits across supply, demand and operations, with revenue impact at thirty, ninety and a hundred and eighty days given as ranges, never as false precision.
Where a shock would reach you
Your suppliers plotted against their inbound routes, with lanes at risk and chokepoints under strain marked on the map. It answers the question most firms cannot answer on the morning a shock lands: which of my suppliers moves through the thing that just closed, and what share of my spend sits behind it.
Watching the author, not the news
Because a shock has an author, it can be watched for. Every scenario produces monitoring conditions with numeric thresholds attached — the figure that, if crossed, means the modelled case is arriving. Those tripwires feed a daily or weekly digest scoped to your profile, with a coverage panel showing what is and is not being watched for you.

Measured, not narrated
GeoShock reads the National Power Index and the DIMEFIL-DC ontology authored and governed by the Center for the Application of Grand Strategy — a doctrinal substrate built for government strategic planning, applied here to commercial exposure. The military dimension is de-weighted for commercial scenarios; nothing else about the scoring changes.
Because every run scores against the same dataset, the same question asked twice returns the same answer. That consistency is the difference between an analytical instrument and a general-purpose model, and it is what makes an output citable in front of a board.
Output is written under a fixed plain-language standard enforced at generation. No stock metaphors, no hedging vocabulary, no headwinds and no perfect storms. If a briefing cannot be read by an operations manager without a glossary, it has failed.
